Yes, Melodie met me on the lot, but it was different. From the first handshake, and sincere smile, I could sense a different experience; this during a -30 windchill! Mel's professionalism and knowledge were more than I expected from a rep with less than a year's experience in the product line and she was extremely patient with my indecision. We danced our dance for the better part of a month and in the end she was able to help me get into a brand new Ram 1500 Big Horn for just a little more than I would have paid for a used model. Staff in the parts, service, general managers, and administration office were all just as willing to answer my many questions......and I did have lots of questions. Car proof later showed $2300 worth of repairs, but very vague on details. Said okay to have my own mechanic look at it. He then became confrontational and aggressive about my hesitation to continue and lack of knowledge of 'lien' laws in Canada. I asked to work with a different salesperson. Got call later from original person that sales manager would no longer allow the van to be inspected due to 'insurance reasons'. Doesn't get much fishier IMO. Spoke with Sales manager who verified the claim. Will never step foot onto that dealership again. More

He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I had a specific list, and he kept to that said list. Rick wasn't afraid to contact me, and we spent many days going after some fine vehicles. He continuously worked on the case, and was out there, rain, snow, shine or heat wave. Rick possessed that thing that many sales people lack. He cared, and was interested in what my family required...putting the human element back into the entire process. I'd say he's one of the best guys out there. Back then the salesman we dealt with (can't remember his name) was very courteous, he wasn't pushing us into a sale and he walked us through everything. We drove that vehicle for 3 years and when it came time for me to upgrade we went in and saw Cathy Hamilton about a new (used) Dart. She was very helpful in pointing out that it was sold but she had a few new ones I could drive so I did along with my wife. I was sold so we did the paperwork and my wife asked about trading her journey up for a new one. Cathy answered all our questions with ease, dealt with us for 4 hours, even with fussy and screaming kids, she was nice enough to keep them occupied. We walked out with financing pending on 2 brand new vehicles. We were called at 10:00 Monday morning saying they had great news so we went in that evening and signed paperwork on our 2 new cars. Zain was excellent with the financing and he got use awesome deals on ext. Warranties and services. Alex, the sales manager went out of his way to help my wife find the exact options she wanted in her journey so she would be happy. On Wednesday, we picked up our cars and everyone we dealt with greeted us and saw us off with smiling faces. They even arranged to switch the trailer hitch from the old journey to the new one free of charge. The experience was incredible there and I would recommend anyone looking for new vehicles to see Cathy Hamilton at Menzies. More
