1st Class dealership, fantastic service dept! My 1500 ecodiesel laramie threw a service code on my way back from Ottawa and went into limp mode on New years day. I called the Menzies and left them a message regarding my problem. Barb called me at 7:15 the next morning and had me drop off my truck first thing. They gave me a drive home and called me afterwards to confirm the problem and they're suggested repairs. Truck was back in my possession that afternoon and they gave me a free winter grill cover to prevent this problem from happening again. Wow! More
