Accommodating and Caring! Our sales representative Raj did the excellent job by closing the deal with no pressure and giving us all the information and assistance we needed. Mr Irfan and financial advisor Mr Joseph assisted us and ensure that we left the place satisfied. Upon delivery we had issue with the registration number as we were particular about and informed that some certain number are disliked while make the agreement which they resolved it but we had to wait. They assisted us to get the tinted windows, which was done professionally except they missed the front top part, but Raj assured it could be completed at anytime. I will visit the dealership to complete it soon. We have a few questions about the accessories as we feel its not delivered, will check with them while visiting the dealership for tint. More
Worst customer service experience I went into this dealership today to look at a car and their customer service is horrible! First: I walked in and was told to be seated and wait fo I went into this dealership today to look at a car and their customer service is horrible! First: I walked in and was told to be seated and wait for a salesman to come. That was fine, but 40 MINUTES went by and nobody came. Then I went back to reception to find out what the hold up was and they had completely FORGOTTEN to even reach out to a salesman. At which point they called someone over - wow! Second: Somebody had left their car parked in front of mine which was okay because there was construction in the parking lot. But when I was ready to leave, they couldn't seem to find who it was. They started paging across the dealership for someone to come and move the car, nobody came. I was waiting for 1 HOUR!! And then lady who had parked her car in front of mine was out for a test drive and she came back and she told me that she had left the keys with RECEPTION in case somebody needed to get out because her car was parked in front of mine. Reception was so CLUELESS about the fact that the woman had left the keys with them in case her car needed to be moved. When I spoke to the lady she also told me that she heard the call over the speakers and she told the salesman that she wanted to go and move her car but the salesman said DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT! WOOW!!! This is insane!! I was at that dealership for a total 3 HOURS just to test drive one car!! This is such horrible service. Unless you know the salesmen there, you won't ever get the help that you need. I would recommend staying away from this place!!!! More

Sales persons are like vultures at this place always try to trick you with all their xx and at the end of the day they will sell you a xxxxty base lx with a premium price and all the add on craps like anti theft, fabric and rust protection and undercoating, platinum shield and all kinds of xx. That's the sales part and the moment when you enter that financing office, there is another vulture sitting and waiting for you to rip you off even more.. Basically, he will tell you ohh they have to run your credit check and it will take one or two days to process just to make you feel useless and show that they are doing mercy on you by approving you!! When I went to buy that car, my credit score was well above 750. Two days later I got an email and a call from them sharing the good news that ohh your financing application went through and you will get your car !! It was all xx from beginning till the end. Never buying car at this dealership again. ZERO STARS! And yes, they will beg you to give them five stars once you get a survey email from Honda manufacturer after the deal is done. No ethical and professional practice at all! More

Bad customer service with Loy Very very bad customer service. I already spent 2 hrs and got nothing. I was discussing my deal that is 2 new civic ex with Mr. Loy. 6479796775 i am very unhappy with his service my point was to get a paper where i can see the price of the car so i can think about that car by comparing money but Mr Loy told me that you can come only that day when you want to buy a car. In addition towards that he told me that i am very lucky that i have got a test ride otherwise in other places they are not offering test drive. So my question is this is how you treat your customer At least you are not giving a price paper. I will make sure that any of my family member will not buy a car from your branch. More

I was connected with two great employee that were was very dedicated, empathetic, extremely knowledgeable, paid attention to detail, had great communication skills and who were very positive which made my experience better that I expected. Meadowvale Honda met all my needs and provided excellent customer service. I am very happy with my new car and will definitely recommend future clients to your Honda location and request for the two employees that went over and beyond to help me.
