Maintenance I used to go over there for my Honda Civic maintenance and initially these guys done well but 2nd time i given my car for maintenance and after i felt I used to go over there for my Honda Civic maintenance and initially these guys done well but 2nd time i given my car for maintenance and after i felt car is taking a lot fuel and driving is not smooth after having oil change well i ignored and 3rd time i wen they done oil change and brake services as per minder on car screen when i got my car back and after driving 5-7 kms when i park my car in parking mode and while taking out from parking mode while pushing brake paddle its gives bad sound from gear handle side and car was driving only 22k kms it was really my bad experience and now i my car service is due so taking appointment with some one else and dont know what they will say for this issue as this was found after having maintenance from these guys. Well customer service guys were very busy and were not listing and just pay money and take your car thats it. More

satisfactory I use this dealership for pure location and ease of driving - This is my second Honda CRV ( 2019 touring ) from the dealership - first car experience I use this dealership for pure location and ease of driving - This is my second Honda CRV ( 2019 touring ) from the dealership - first car experience was extremely very poor - the new CRV engine and extra safety features encouraged me to purchase another car from Meadowvale - it was the car that attracted - not the dealership - however the new service area and personnel appear to be trying very hard - so hats off to all for trying - hope it can keep improving More

He gave me a detailed description sheet of what have been done. The servicing department should continue to give their customers a written or visual description sheet specifically showing the outcome of the service, indicating what have been done on the vehicle.
