Clean delivery importance This is my 4th truck from Meadowvale Ford and not one of the trucks have been “new” vehicle clean upon delivery. This last truck had to be returned to be detailed since the truck was so dirty. To Meadowvale Ford’s credit, my salesperson (Tahir) and Service (Pam) was accommodating by sending out the truck to have it completely detailed. More

I usually use the shuttle service and leave my car for the day. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for either drop off or pick up to be taken where I need to go. More

Dissappointed 1st truck I purchased 2013 good experience, This time not so much, I went to Meadowvale on a Saturday picked truck out and the sale was all depending 1st truck I purchased 2013 good experience, This time not so much, I went to Meadowvale on a Saturday picked truck out and the sale was all depending on the financing of the truck, went to work that week waiting for a phone call, no call came but I got a generic message on my phone on the Thursday congradulating me on my new F-150 and how to sync my truck to my phone. Still didnt know if I had the truck because I hadn't from anyone thought ok I will hear from someone today , Thurs came and gone went to work Friday thinking this is the day I will hear from my guy Mark. Didnt hear anything so I called Friday night around 5:30 and low and behold Mark Dempsey said yes Perry all we need from you is proof of insurance and you will be good to go. Awesome my insurance company called me an said we gave them everything they needed so here I go again waitig for a phone call thinking for sure early Saturday morning no call, waited till about 4:00 saturday afternoon thinking something bad must have happened and they are trying to fix the problem but when I got a hold of Mark Dempsey he said to me how long will it take you to get down here. I said well what time do you close , 5:00 he said well I live in Waterloo and I had to clean out old vehicle and stuff so there's no way of getting down there on the Saturday ,so here I go Monday after work in Rush hour traffic not impressed so there's no way this could get worse but it did Meadowvale scewed up with my void cheque some how now Im 6 days late on my first payment and I have to find a Scotia Bank somewhere and bring another blank cheque with me and clear this up. Can't wait for my next Ford experience. Mark Dempsey who couldn't find his phone and the finance guy Aneesh Gandhi giving out random account numbers hopefully they can just chalk it up to a bad week.
