We've bought and serviced several Fords at Meadowvale, because the sales and service experience has been consistently good. On this particular occasion, the transmission on my daughter's Focus was giving because the sales and service experience has been consistently good. On this particular occasion, the transmission on my daughter's Focus was giving her grief. It required a four-figure repair. Fortunately, the car was (just barely) still within its extended warranty period. Wendi worked to get Ford's approval for the repair, got Jackie a car rental so she could continue to drive while the technicians had the Focus for a couple of days, and returned the car to Jackie in good working order (with a tiny bill for the warranty deductible only). It was a relief to all of us. Many thanks to Wendi, Meadowvale, and to Ford. More
