We are a one vehicle family and wanted to find something that would fit our family. McNaught (and more specifically Claude and Kelly) were amazingly supportive and were very up front with all of the information on the previously owned van we were looking at, and ultimately gave a more than fair price on it! There was a repair to be done, which they did in the time they said they would, with absolutely no issues on my part. The process was very easy, and they filled the tank, washed the van and had it all warmed up and ready to go when we picked it up. I would strongly recommend you go see them if you are in the market for new or used. More
Awful experience! We have had nothing but problems with our vehicle!!! Vehicle is currently not running again can't imagine even attempting to talk to anyone there for help! The worst part was seeing how upset we left and nobody caring at all to even try to contact us to make things right. It was awful! More

Sold us a car with a feature we asked not to have! Let me start with I am not happy with this dealership at all considering they sold us a car with a feature ( The car goes to sleep at a stoplight, t Let me start with I am not happy with this dealership at all considering they sold us a car with a feature ( The car goes to sleep at a stoplight, then starts back up when you take your foot off the gas) that we specifically asked if it had it or not because we did not want it and our salesman Gino Moccia said "I assure you it does not have that feature!" We were in contact with Gino on the phone about this Cadillac, asking questions etc. for the most part he did answer all our questions about the features, color paint, interior etc. We gave him approximately four days notice and told him that we were traveling from A great distance to Winnipeg to look at this car (9hr drive) to see if we wanted to buy it. We told him and I quote "that will give you enough time to learn this car inside and out so you can teach me all the features." Upon further looking at the car in person we liked it! Gino did not know everything about this car before we got there! That is where this going to sleep feature comes in. We asked him to take it for test drive and he asked if we needed to really take it off the lot because he would have to try and find a dealer plate and if we were not going to purchase it he would have to make arrangements to get it all cleaned again since it was a rainy day! So we said it would not be a big deal to just drive it in the parking lot of the dealership. We learned that lesson and will never do that again! After the purchase was made and the deal was done we drove it off the lot to the first red light and the car stalled? We did not know what was going on? Then quickly figured out it was the "go to sleep" feature that we in fact did not want in a vehicle we were purchasing! We quickly got on the phone calling Gino back to ask about this and if it was a problem or in fact this feature and I got his answering machine. He didn't call back within a short time and said he would have to look into it and see if this was a feature or not! He calls back and says it is in fact a feature of the car and it cannot be turned off permanently but can be each time we got in to drive it by pushing a button! Keep in mind this car would never have been purchased had we known that this was a feature! Not impressed with the Gino our salesman at all at this point! As we are going on our trip to Florida in our brand-new car the next morning we find that the car is actually really not detailed to satisfaction ! On both rear fenders there are some sort of rub marks or something that does not come off! We did not see that on the day of purchase since it was a gloomy day but once the sun was shining on it the next morning both sides stuck out like a sore thumb! The headliner of the car is filthy with a man's dirty fingerprints or greasy hands? We are not sure which? The car is so dusty and continues to this day to be dusty and we don't know why it should be like this? Especially when it has special cabin filter. We called Gino regarding some of these issues and left two messages for him to return our phone call and to this day he still has not! We also called the sales manager Rob Mcnaught two times and he has not returned either phone call regarding some of our issues either! In fact I called a third time and the secretary said she did not give him my 2nd message because Gino told her that he had already spoken to us and spoken to us and addressed our problem which in fact was not true! We would never recommend this dealership to any of our friends! We would in fact discourage people from going there! When making an appropriately $70,000 purchase you expect a little satisfaction! We have been to a Cadillac dealer at our final destination in Florida and we brought our car there for them to inspect and see if our complaints are legitimate to them? And in fact that salesman that looked at our car was disgusted at how it had left a fellow Cadillac dealership! I could go on and on about things he mentioned to us but I won't at this time! I will tell you we did travel in this car to Florida and continued to noticed all of these issues plus some! We have the utmost respect for our cars and don't even put a fingerprint on them ourselves and to find a car we have just purchased is in this shape is a shame! Our cars are hand washed and dryer by ourselves with special microfiber material so not to leave any marks! We have been in contact with a GM ambassador who will follow up on resolving these issues soon we hope. More

McNaught Service Team are INCREDIBLE! Today, it was -13 outside, and no heat! I want everyone to know how much I appreciate the service team at McNaught Buick Cadillac GMC ! Today, i w Today, it was -13 outside, and no heat! I want everyone to know how much I appreciate the service team at McNaught Buick Cadillac GMC ! Today, i went to go to work and the motor on the heat had decided that this was the day it was giving up! No Heat! No defrost! So, I call Alyssa at McNaught and ask her if i can come there to have them take a look (no appointment, keep in mind) and she said, "Absolutely, come right over". I get there, speak to Glenn about the issue. This is something that had been making noise in the past but of course, every time I take it in, no noise. BUT, Glenn remembered this and said, we will look after this. Within 2.5 hours, Glenn called and told me that it had all been repaired and an oil change snuck in there too. This team is incredible! They always look after me, the service ladies remember your name and they legitimately appreciate my business. AND, a special shout out to Joey who wasn't there, he is always incredible to work with as well. The drivers who always get me to and from the dealership are very personable and I enjoy the time we spend together. My favourite is from Jamaica! WE always talk about our vacations! If you aren't happy with your service department, I would HIGHLY recommend McNaught Cadillac Buick GMC! Superior service! More
