I have to be honest I was a bit hesitant as I have never purchased used vehicle without trying it first. The entire process was pleasant, courteous and professional. The vehicle was even better than described and guys came to pick me up at the airport did the presentation of the vehicle and completed paper work in record time. Suzanne explained all the options in terms of extended warranty and other services that are available in the dealership again in a very courteous manor and it did not feel pushy in any way. Leighton was very helpful and knowledgeable about vehicle although it was not a Cadillac but a BMW which made overall experience even more enjoyable.
