Great experience. My wife and I had a great experience at McNaught GMC. They offered to bring a car out to us to test drive. When we went in, Kelly had a car up front a My wife and I had a great experience at McNaught GMC. They offered to bring a car out to us to test drive. When we went in, Kelly had a car up front and warmed up. She told us to take it as for as long as we want. The dealership we were at previously, jumped into the back seat and told us where to drive, which was just around the block, and honestly expected us to sign a deal after a 5 minute test drive. Kelly found a car for us in a day or two and had it brought in. After the sale I sent her an email knowing she was on vacation and wasn't expecting a response until she returned. To my surprise, she answered within an hour. She went above and beyond. Can't say enough about how happy my wife and I are. Will definitely buy another vehicle from there again. More

Fantastic Body Shop! Staff Are Awesome-Service Best in Town! I just had another awesome experience at McNaught Service. I have been using their body shop ever since I leased by Cadillac from McNaught. I have a I just had another awesome experience at McNaught Service. I have been using their body shop ever since I leased by Cadillac from McNaught. I have a non-GM vehicle that I scratched yesterday. I took it to the nearby facility at 11:40 to have it looked at. They wouldn't look at it since it was too close to lunch time. Unbelievable! They didn't even say "Come back after lunch". So I drove it 1/2 a block to McNaught where I've always taken my cars for body work. It's now 11:55 and Ed Kosa, Body Shop Manager, immediately looks at the affected area and asks, "Do you have 20 minutes right now?". I say "Yes" and 20 minutes later the entire scratched area has been buffed and polished. It looks awesome! I was on my way by 12:23! These guys are unbelievably awesome!!! Thank you! More
