I went with a specific vehicle in mind, requested a test drive, and really appreciated the accommodating and respectful service of Dilan Rathnapala in sales. His familiarity and experience with the vehicle and clear loyalty to the company assured me that I was making the right choice for my needs. Financial services manager Ranveer Ahluwalia assisted me with great patience, answered all of my questions, and explained options in detail. This was by far the easiest car purchase I've made yet, and despite living and working well over an hour away, I expect I'll return to Mazda of Brampton for at least some my vehicle service appointments. We turned up at Mazda dealership of Brampton auto mall, by chance and with no intention of buying a Mazda; but Mr.Dilan greeted us outside and offered us a detailed tour of the display vehicle we were looking at, on the lawn near the roadside footpath. We gave him a chance; and the tour of the vehicle and the showroom ended in half an hour; with us, having changed our mind from a Honda CRV for a Mazda CX5... We didn't have to think twice to agree that Mr.Dilan had made a great impression of himself, his car and his brand & showroom as a whole, moreover we were made to feel valued as customers, which the three receptionists together at the honda opposite failed to do.
