I have been dealing with Adil and Marc on the purchase of my Jetta TDI and it has been stress free. I did have a few questions about the breakdown of my cost and it was explained to me. I did of course negotiate with purchasing my Jetta and I was met halfway. I felt no pressure with Adil and I was always welcomed by Adil and Marc when I have come into the dealership. Based on my exceptional experience purchasing my Jetta, I believe I will have the same level of attention required when it is time to bring my Jetta in for service. I will recommend Martingrove VW to friends and family! More

I have visited other VW dealerships, but this one is by far the best. I would highly recommend the service department they are helpful, courteous and efficient. Thank you very much for everything!! Mk5 VW Jetta 2.0T - INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS We had a 2006 VW Jetta 2.0T with electrical issue from the front driver side door that shorted out the electrical on the entire car. This should have We had a 2006 VW Jetta 2.0T with electrical issue from the front driver side door that shorted out the electrical on the entire car. This should have been resolved for free as there is a class action settlement for this issue for this particular model (we got the letter in the mail). This dealer after diagnosing the car decides to replace the car battery even the battery was fine...The car shorted out a week later and we brought the car in again. They racked up a huge bill trying to find the problem, couldn't figure out and tried to push us trading the car in for a new car instead... We eventually decided to get a new SUV with them, but was told by the sale person when it came time to close the deal that the Jetta was worthless and cannot be traded in because of the outstanding repair bills.... We bought the new SUV regardless. Took the Jetta to a third party mechanic who eventually fixed the car and confirmed that issue has nothing to do with the battery. If these guys just did their due diligence, they could have repaired the car and had the charges settled under the class action...could have been a win-win for dealer and us. Instead, we no longer took our three VWs to service with them, and recently when it came to buying a new car we moved on to another more competent German brand... More

David in Sales went to this place only because it was close and that they had the color. This David is so slimy and inept, incompetent. Drove the car home.... forgot that they didn't show me the trunk. A whole month went buy only to discover shattered glass everywhere. They told me it was my problem. This salesrep Abraham guy noticed my frustrations however and went above and beyond to hook up the blue tooth. There was nothing, absolutely nothing in it for him to do this for us. He is a stand up guy..... Hey David, since your whole family was in the car business(well-that's what you say) perhaps you can each set up a time to get some pointers from Abraham. More

Great experience I had read most of the reviews about this dealership ( Martin grove v w) and @ the beginning I was skeptical as most would, but after been played aro I had read most of the reviews about this dealership ( Martin grove v w) and @ the beginning I was skeptical as most would, but after been played around by other v w dealerships, I decided to give martin Grove a change , well , was I ever wrong, as soon I dealt with sales consultant Nick Capetano I received all the facts and returned and test drove the new 2015 jetta comfortline, and certainly bought the car, and as other sales people @ other dealerships drove me away, Nick @ Martin Grove vw made me feel and treated me better than a family member with utmost respect, and friendliness and attracted my business,I sincerely state that Nick Capetano is second to none, and I wish those sales people that drove me away could read this , also Stephanie displayed friendly and cooperative attitude, In closingI will state this :Thank You Micheal kim for having people alike Nick and Stephanie @ your dealership.
