Bad dealership: Missed appointment on dealership end I guess all dealership maybe the same, all they see is money. I've bought my car on a lease from this dealership, wasn't overly satisfy they seems a l I guess all dealership maybe the same, all they see is money. You know the experience when you enter a store and they sales person didn't really wanted to entertain you, but i was really wanting to buy and have the money ... Years later, My lease is ending and their sales team wanted repeat business as they are having their employee event. Apparently the person whom i should have meet was on vacation, and no one cared to follow up to cancel. The front lady randomly ask a manager to help and i told them realistically i just wanted to return my lease, so the manager told me to come back in the month when my lease ends. I wasn't repeat business in their eyes. Hope this helps people. More
