Simply stay away I went to this dealership because a 2015 Lancer AWC was hard to find and they had one at a good price point. My sales rep was a women named Susan. Aft I went to this dealership because a 2015 Lancer AWC was hard to find and they had one at a good price point. My sales rep was a women named Susan. After i test drove the car, we crunched out numbers and It was evident that the price point was to high. I left the dealership and the next day i recieved a text message from Susan saying that the dealership would cover the higher price point in the form of a discount off tires. I agreed and came back to the dealership that day to negotiate the financing. The original offer had a finance rate of 4 percent, and when i went back tot he dealership the finance manager said that over a seven year term a rate of 4 percent was not possible but a rate of 4.99 percent he could do. I countered by saying if they gave me snow tires for free then i would sign up for a 7 year term at 4.99, they agreed and we proceeded with the details of trading in my old car. Originally the dealership said that I would get full value for my used car, however when i came back the next day to sign off on the deal the dealership told me that they were only going to give him 3 quarters of the value of the car. I said that i was not aware of that fact but i would meet them somewhere in the middle, and finally we agreed on a price for my car. When i showed up to sign the papers the tires they were going to give me were rusted and used, and they also slapped on a couple of admin fee's. I have contacted the dealership and talked to the sales manager. To this day they have not rectified nor apologized for any wrong doing. It was a terrible experience, and I would recommend that you do business with people that are true to their word. More
