When it comes to servicing, Jack gets things done the right way. He is brief, quick, and to the point. He explains, advises, and makes recommendations, but doesn't make it uncomfortable or awkward. I like how he gives an Estimated Time to Complete. I came in for a safety recall service, and they did a 7-point inspection and topped up my tires. I also received an email of recommended upgrades (with quoted part prices), and a reminder of maintenance tasks for next service interval. More

This has left a bad taste with me as the service rep should have provided this info to the customer.
