Happy Customer Best experience I have ever had with buying a vehicle, this would be the 7th vehicle I have purchased and I have never purchased from the same place. It was a totally different experience with Mark Wilson's the professionalism of all staff was amazing. They clearing have there process and flow going like clock work. Everyone is smiling and happy to help as soon as you walk in the door. I expressed my interest in a specific van and was introduced to Ryan. He right away said ok let's take if for a drive, it was no problem to bring my son along with his car seat. I was so impressed that Ryan was able to answer all my question along with answering any questions my 5yrs old son had. After the drive my boyfriend asked what else other than "a minivan" would have 7 seats. Ryan gave us our options and we stopped at a Nissan Pathfinder ( I would have never thought to look at this ) so glad I did. There was no pressure at all to buy never felt that once. Ryan was very knowledge about the vehicles and showed me everything there was too it. After decided on my choice I was sent to Liz to complete the details, she was very informative regarding warranty and financing options. During my time with Liz, Ryan sat and watched SpongeBob with my 5yrs old to keep him entertained along with giving him an Ice cream treat. Picking up the my New Pathfinder was also an experience, Ryan explained more of the features and set up my phone to the Bluetooth. Before we left my 5 yrs old gave Ryan a big hug. Couldn't be happier with my experience and my purchase. More

He didn't have to sell us on the car as we had already been looking, but got right to work on paperwork and dealt with our two kids (who were quite bored at this point). The were offered a freezie and toys while they waited! Ryan was very personable and said we could call anytime to ask anything. We also dealt with Jeff Botter and he answered all my emails up until the day I picked up my car quickly. I would recommend Marks. Ps. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and friendly! Very Impressed! I had been doing some car shopping for a couple of months prior to going to Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars. I came to notice this dealership because a I had been doing some car shopping for a couple of months prior to going to Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars. I came to notice this dealership because a coworker sent me a link for a Tuscon. We assumed there was a typo, as the pricing was so reasonable! Once on their very user friendly website, I started looking through the other 500+ vehicles they had available, and decided to make an appointment to do some test driving. I was immediately impressed with modern, clean, and professional look of the facility. While all of these first impressions play a part in the over all experience, the fact remains that people buy from people they like. That was the determining factor for me. Both Michael Fonseca, and Sarah Breese, did an excellent job consulting, and answering any questions that were asked(and there were a lot)! I felt very well taken care of, and confident in their product, and my decision to purchase. I have already recommended others in the market to go to Mark Wilson's! More

Rick and David were a pleasure to deal with. We visited the dealership because we were looking for a good used car and the dealership kept popping up in Auto Trader. They had the inventory we were looking for, in the shape we wanted, with the low kms we needed. Rick was great and really knew what he had on the lot. He worked with us to find cars we were interested in. The test drive was great. We had 4 cars picked out and each time we returned to the lot, the next car was ready to go. Very efficient. David Miller in Finance was also great to work with. No pressure and again very efficient in the process. The only part that could have been better was the negotiation of the final price. At one point we were back and forth over $100 and I felt that was very unnecessary. Overall though, I would definitely purchase a car from Rick Knight and Wilson's again. More
