Deposit I was told I had to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I left a 300 deposit. Not a large enough sum to make a difference on my payments. I made sure that this would be returned to me after my intial meeting with my sales representative. The day I picked my car up, I had confirmation from both the delivery co-ordinator and the random guy they choose to show me the papers. It would be mailed and in 5-10 business days I would receive it. However apparently because of a accounting change they forgot to notify me that it was worked into my sale. I was told it would be returned to me. Since I signed for my car, Mark Wilson's better used cars has been nothing but difficult and I would strongly sway people from doing business with them. 300 isn't much but when I'm told by multiple people it will be returned, I expect it. However, nothing but lies. Bewarned. More

Great dealership, Great and Friendly People I called Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars one evening about a vehicle and talked to Ryan Mercer. He was very friendly and gave me good info about a truc I called Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars one evening about a vehicle and talked to Ryan Mercer. He was very friendly and gave me good info about a truck that i was interested in, so we made an appointment for the next morning and we met, chatted about the truck and we found out we both had motorcycles chatted briefly, and got the truck went for a test drive. I decided that it wasn't for me so i also had in mind the Chevy Equinox much different auto but both good. So he showed me what there had i picked the AWD (all wheel drive) Equinox soon as i saw it i loved it. Ryan was of great help very good and friendly salesperson the kind that makes you think that when it's time to trade up or just get another i will very likely call Ryan at Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars. Shari Goldsworthy was very honest and informative about my financing! Thanks very much Ryan and Shari you and the wonderful staff at Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars made my experience wonderful! More

Mixed feelings It was a nice atmosphere while looking at the vehicle and dealing with the finance side of the deal.
