Upon review of the car after driving it for a few days there were some issues. The car was advertised having Bluetooth yet the Bluetooth did not work I was scheduled to bring it in but these guys just sent me to the dealership and wasted my time. There was some paint damage that look like it was covered up when I first bought the car and after a couple of rainy days you can see issues. I was told to bring the car in when I could but upon calling and emailing I received no response. I left it at that. Nobody ever followed up. More

Nonetheless she proceeded to try to sell me every extra warranty/service they offered one after the other. I did the math on all of them on the spot, giving her a fair chance but they all turned out to be massive ripoffs. I definitively told the finance manager that I did not want to purchase any of the extra warranties and that I was just going I be purchasing the car. She reluctantly accepted this fact and we agreed that our talk was over and that she would send the required paperwork to my insurance company right away. We set a time for me to pick up the car the following day. I communicated that this was urgent and that the insurance company was threatening to cut me off if I did not purchase a new car within the next two days. She said she understood. The next afternoon I called my insurance company to find out if the paperwork had been sent over, they said that they had not heard anything from the dealership. I called the finance manager at the dealership immediately and asked her why she hadn’t sent the paperwork. Her reason was that she thought I was still considering the warranty and that she was going to talk to me about it again when I picked up the car. At this point I was frustrated and explained that no means no and that I did not want to purchase ANY warranties and to please finally send the paperwork to my insurer. She finally did and I thought the sleazy sales tactics were over but when I arrived to pick up my car that night I found a terrible surprise. Hidden in my bill a sale was a $300 charge for a vague “new tires and nitrogen” item. I asked the person I was picking up explain the charge and they did not even know what it was. He tabbed the finance manager for me again who explained that it was ANOTHER WARRANTY that she had assumed I would want. She didn’t ask me about it, just tried to hide it in the paperwork hoping that I was stupid enough to sign without reading. I made her remove the charge. At this point I would’ve rather called the sale off but unfortunately time was a constraint and so had no choice but to buy the car. These sleazy sales tactics and blatant disregard for customers’ needs has led me to never purchase a car from Wilsons again. Also their certified pre-owned cars are a load of crap as well. They don’t meet the standards they say the do. The “certifies pre-owned” cars do not meet nearly the criteria that the manufacturer considers certified. These guys are a bunch of liars, sure they have some decent cars seeing as they have around 600 cars but don’t trust anything that comes out of their mouths. Sleazy as it gets folks, I would highly recommend you shop somewhere else for your used car needs. More

Not Your Typical Used Car Dealership I googled the vehicle I was looking for and came up with this "great deal" through this dealership. I had looked around for a while and Mark Wilson's, I googled the vehicle I was looking for and came up with this "great deal" through this dealership. I had looked around for a while and Mark Wilson's, by far, had the best deal on just the make, model, kms, and colour I was looking for. It was worth the two 2+ hour trips (purchase and pick up) to get this vehicle there. I dealt with several staff, because they always made sure someone could accommodate my schedule since I was from out of town, and everyone was extremely friendly - and for me it's all about the customer service and how you're left feeling and these guys did a great job. The reception staff were also friendly, which has not always been my experience elsewhere. My one piece of constructive criticism is just to respond to an e-mail or text, even if it's just to say "thanks, got it", so the customer is sure the message was received, even if it's all good. But every in-person encounter has been professional, fun, friendly - and never pushy. The building also looks professional, like a new car dealership, which also make you feel reassured when you walk in and make a deal! More

My wife picked her dream car out of all the selection and we were in and out in no time with the suv of her dreams! Ramsey was straight up and honest and the follow up service has been fantastic! We are loving our Tucson! I feel terrible as I can’t recall the name of the nicest lady we dealt with when we picked up the car. So professional and answered all questions with ease. I didn't trade in my car as I was offered much I had a good experience with Wilson's and the employees. Miguel and Marco were friendly and helpful. I didn't trade in my car as I was offered much less than I was able to sell it for privately. I also didn't get an owners manual with my car which I inquired about and am still waiting for 7 mths later.... I will probably return when I'm looking for another car. More
