Went in there knowing I wanted to buy a Chevy Cruze 2016 with low km and picked the car out before test driving it. I dealt with David Miller and he was an easy going guy with no pressure to buy anything I didn’t need, he answered any and all questions professionally and extremely friendly. He was really pleasant to deal with. Everything was set up for me by him and Shari/Stella in financing and they returned any calls or emails quickly. Only thing that I thought was cheap is that they didn’t fill the tank up with gas , considering it’s a small compact car why wouldnt you deliver vehicles to your customers with a full tank as it seems like common practice but they do throw in a free 3 month subscription to Sirius radio (which I love) so I didn’t really care or say anything. i bought winter tires which came installed on the car and bought Gap insurance, I did notice a tire/rim package on there when I asked I was told it’s included and standard on all deals and it wasn’t anything extra, wasn’t until I got home that i read the bill properly and it was an extra cost of over $200 added to my final bill even though I told them I only wanted Gap insurance and winter tire package lol so I was lied to my face and had added extra costs put on my final bill very sneakily by the financing ladies. I really enjoyed my buying experience with David Miller, the other stuff well, it’s a used car dealership what do you expect More

I explained that I was from out of town and needed a car right away. We went and saw the car and purchased it. It usually takes a couple of days to process the vehicle, but they made it happen that day. By 5:30pm we where driving it home. Wow!!! Best place ever... Thanks Gus for all your help.
