However, we were in twice and both The customer service in the sales department of Mark Wilson's is good. We didn't feel any pressure to buy the car. However, we were in twice and both times had to wait a very long time, for very short meetings. Because of scheduling conflicts, some of the financing was done over the phone and email with Shari Goldsworthy and in person with Kim Culling. Kim was great, she worked a lot with us to get us to feel comfortable with the financing. Shari was rude over the phone and very short over email. We felt like she got offended or defensive when we asked to get all warranty information that she was trying to sell to us over email. We didn't get to meet her in person, but she wasn't very good with customer service over the phone/email. More

I had been shopping around for a used car, but couldn't find the right car/sales associate. Though what made the experience was Miguel, you can get a used car anywhere. He was very professional, patient, really took the time to understand what I was looking for, a price point and asked for the business. He genuinely cared, connected with me on a personal level, when I returned to get the car he had a small token of appreciation and we had a few issues that he assured would be rectified. I haven't gotten them fixed yet, tough trust Wilson will come to the table and fix them. I wanted to thank Miguel for making the experience comfortable, seamless and genuinely caring about his customers. I would recommend him to anyone. More
