Unbelievable At the beginning it’s was a great experience. What turned out to be a huge headache as the Service Centre lost the work order. I went back, they didn’ At the beginning it’s was a great experience. What turned out to be a huge headache as the Service Centre lost the work order. I went back, they didn’t complete what was promised. The manager turned around to blame my young child for touching the wet paint. Which the Service Centre sent the Honda our in the rain with wet paint. Nor did the check the tire pressure , the paint job looked like a toddler did. I went back again, this time the visor came off. Once again, Service manager tried to blame me for yanking it to hard. Even tho clip was broken, but blamed me. Between my child and myself for lack of communication on their need and their mess up. Between driving back and forth wasting gas for Wilson’s screw. Not once has any of them offered anything to me for the inconvenience they have put on me. This place cares about the sale not customers. Not a good experience at all! Sadly, the management in that place require training in customer service. Who in the right min blames the customer and child for their screw ups? More
