Wilson’s review When purchasing a new truck, Wilson’s was the first dealership I looked at. When we got there, David had put the truck I wanted to look at on hold whi When purchasing a new truck, Wilson’s was the first dealership I looked at. When we got there, David had put the truck I wanted to look at on hold which was great. After I test drive the truck, David wasn’t very present and stayed inside the building while I looked it over. I decided that I wanted the truck so I sat down with David to discuss the details. During this, David made a discriminating comment against trans-, non-binary and two-spirited peoples which made my girlfriend and myself very uncomfortable. The day I came to pick up my truck, I had made an appointment to be there at 6:30. Despite me being on time, it took them 45 minutes to bring my truck around. A scratch across the front bumper that David had said would be fixed wa still very much there and the truck was filled to less than half despite my contract stating it would be filled to full. When I told the receptionist, Chelsey, about this issue she was extremely rude and sarcastic so I left and contacted David since he wasn’t in. Although I was able to bring the truck back to get the scratch fixed and tank filled, they still have yet to send me my safety spec sheet for my truck (they gave my one for a dodge when the truck I purchased is a Chevrolet?). After all of this I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Rod was very helpful with finding cars that met my criteria and giving me background information on those that I chose to test drive. He was genuinely interested in finding the right car for me and did not try to persuade me but rather allowed me to make the decision. Stu and Lauren were also very helpful with the next steps like financing, transfer of ownership, etc. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and the professionalism of the team at Wilsons. And the best part was how quick and easy it was to be driving my new car within a couple of days. They took care of everything. 👍 More
