5 ROTTEN TOMATOES FOR SERVICE DEPT. I purchased a 2013 Jetta at Wilson's 1 month ago. Within the first 5 days I noticed left hand turn signal not operating. Also passenger door handle on I purchased a 2013 Jetta at Wilson's 1 month ago. Within the first 5 days I noticed left hand turn signal not operating. Also passenger door handle on the exterior very difficult to pull and open the door. Scheduled an appointment to have service look at the two issues. Arrived at the service center. They took the vehicle in, apparently put oil or lubricant on the door handle mechanism( which has had no effect). Told me that they were going to order a signal light to replace the one that wasn't working. Said it would take a few days for it to arrive as they had to order it from the dealer. After a week went by I gave service a call and asked if the part had arrived yet. They said they would look into it and give me a call back. No phone call for 48 hours. I called back again and asked for someone to please give me a call back and let me know the status of the part. Two weeks later still no reply from service. I called the Volkswagen dealer in Guelph and ask them the availability of the signal light that was required and I was told it would be available the next day! I am now just outside my warranty. Which really didn't mean anything in the first place! Buyer beware! The place looks good on the outside but it's kind of rotten on the inside. More
