Amazing Customer Service I have bought many used cars in my lifetime, but I don't think i've ever experienced customer service like this. I have to give a shout out to the gi I have bought many used cars in my lifetime, but I don't think i've ever experienced customer service like this. I have to give a shout out to the girls in reception, they are upbeat and just so welcoming when you go in and can't do enough to help you out. I dealt with Marko and Shari on the purchase of my vehicle and they were great. I must have drove Shari insane with my questions, but you would never have known it. They were all answered - immediately and full of information. Marko was outstanding and has kept in touch since the purchase of my vehicle. Everything I asked to be done was carried out. I had one little issue and took the car back (really minor), their service department pointed out that there was another issue I had missed and they made both repairs at no cost. How often does that happen! Loved this dealership so much I took my daughter the following week to buy her first car - her review will be separate. Would not even consider shopping anywhere else now for a used car. Thanks guys, you took what is so often an unpleasant, stressful experience and made it fun. More importantly I have confidence in the vehicle I bought. More

At the end of the day, ended up happy After I picked up the vehicle and drove it home, I discovered that the underside of the bumper was loose and only being held onto the car by 2 zipties After I picked up the vehicle and drove it home, I discovered that the underside of the bumper was loose and only being held onto the car by 2 zipties (!). I immediately e-mailed my sales rep and they apologized and let me know that they would do whatever was necessary to make me happy with the vehicle. That being said, I ended up taking the car in for a service to fix the bumper + a few other things I had noticed after owning the car for a few days - and they did a great job taking care of everything! However, the problem with the bumper really should have been noted by the service centre PRIOR to pick-up - as I personally believe it was a safety issue, and if a routine inspection had been done... would have been obvious to anyone with two eyes in their heads. I just hope the issues weren't the result of an accident... Nonetheless, I am happy with the overall service. Just a bit of an inconvenience. And when a dealership moves as many cars as Wilson's does, it's not surprising that there are oversights occasionally. More
