Excellent first time buyer experience I bought my first car at wilsons with Ron, to say I was nervous was an understatement. I had in my head that whatever sales person I was going to get I bought my first car at wilsons with Ron, to say I was nervous was an understatement. I had in my head that whatever sales person I was going to get would try to scam me and I would either end up leaving with a crappy deal or no deal at all. Though after dealing with Ron I found the perfect car for me, I was hesitant as it was a big step and Ron was very patient with me and told me to take my time! He wasn't pushy at all, which was really comforting. Upon going back to see the car one more time and talking with him, I ended up purchasing it. This was 3 months ago and still to this day I couldn't be happier with my experience! More

Friendly and not pushy Jim was great to work with, he was laid back and let us shop and make our decision without any pushy sales. The vehicle was not in the greatest shape Jim was great to work with, he was laid back and let us shop and make our decision without any pushy sales. The vehicle was not in the greatest shape during test drive, but Jim made sure that a quality job was done before the purchase was final. The bumper was damaged, and the seat was torn, both were repaired at no extra charge. More

No hassle at all and no pressure, Sunny knew what to do and he does his job with pride and professionalism, I have purchased 3 vehicles from Sunny since 2007 and my latest purchase was in September of this year 2015, The new dealership is amazing and the service is still top notch, Mahrukh Kahn was very helpful and very kind during the whole process, Deneen Lamb is a miracle worker and such a professional. Could have been better Overall experience was ok. Not great but probably could have been worse. Purchased a 2013 Elantra. Car was in great shape except for the tires. Tires Overall experience was ok. Not great but probably could have been worse. Purchased a 2013 Elantra. Car was in great shape except for the tires. Tires were on the brink of failing the safety requirements. We asked for new tires to be installed. Wilsons said they wouldn't do it for free but would share the cost with us. We agreed that a particular brand of tire would be installed. We arrive a week later to pick up the car and the wrong tires were installed. Wilsons was very good to accept the mistake and agreed to correct the issue. Make an appointment to get tires changed which required me to have to take time off work. Arrive for 2:00pm appointment to find out wrong size of tires were ordered in. A little over 2.5 hours later correct tires were installed. As a result I was not able to make it to my next scheduled appointment (which I booked since I had to take time off work anyway). Overall I'm not writing this review to bad mouth wilsons nor am I looking for something for my troubles. I'm simply writing to share my experience as requested by wilsons. More
