Very Difficult and Impersonal Went to this shop in February to buy a car. The cars in the lot had no year or pricing information on them, and didnt seem to be organized in the lot Went to this shop in February to buy a car. The cars in the lot had no year or pricing information on them, and didnt seem to be organized in the lot by make or style... just randomly parked. After pointlessly wandering for half an hour we went inside to ask for help. We were handed an excel database of 8 or 9 pages listing all the vehicles in the lot. We were told to scan through the pages, and if we found a car we were interested in they would find a sales person to help us. We finally located a vehicle we wanted to test drive so Carl was assigned to us. He went to get the car but when we got in it he told us that he was the only one allowed to drive it and that the prices were non-negotiable. At that point we got back out of his car and left the lot. Very bad service period very bad process. Not user-friendly at all. The staff were all friendly, but the process sucked. More

Good energy, good vehicle inspections I really liked the energy in this dealership, lots of hustle and bustle and a friendly staff. The first vehicle we discussed did not pass their inspection so I was pleased about that and bought another vehicle there knowing their standards are high. Ramsey was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see me find a van that I am really really happy with. They give 3 free oil changes, but only a quarter tank of gas which I found odd. I'd prefer a full tank of gas and 2 oil changes so I could hit the road right away without stopping and tanking up. Other than that, it was great, so I give it 5 stars. More

She understood what I wanted, what i was looking for and the price i was comfortable with. The paperwork process was quick and friendly with Liz MacDonald. Both of these ladies made me feel like we had known eachother for a long time prior to coming in. I picked up my vechicle a couple of days later because i got my windows tinted as well. The tint job looks amazing and the car was super clean in and out. Even though it was a super busy day Beverlee greeted me right as i walked through the door and had everything ready to go. I am now a proud owner of a 2016 hyundai Elantra. I will totally recommend this dealership. Thanks Mark Wilsons :) More

We were doing the paperwork, with the help of the easy-going and engaging Liz Macdonald , when we had a complete change of plans and decided to comeback at the weekend and test drive a few more cars. On Saturday, we took home a semi-snazzy Ford Focus, but realized that it was not what we really wanted and called Rod to inform him as such. Didn't miss a beat. We were back that Wednesday, switched the paperwork, again with the help of the slightly amused, but non-plussed Liz (with a little teeny bit of assistance from Debby), hopped in the Mazda 3 we originally test drove and headed home.
