She understood what I wanted, what i was looking for and the price i was comfortable with. The paperwork process was quick and friendly with Liz MacDonald. Both of these ladies made me feel like we had known eachother for a long time prior to coming in. I picked up my vechicle a couple of days later because i got my windows tinted as well. The tint job looks amazing and the car was super clean in and out. Even though it was a super busy day Beverlee greeted me right as i walked through the door and had everything ready to go. I am now a proud owner of a 2016 hyundai Elantra. I will totally recommend this dealership. Thanks Mark Wilsons :) More

They had quite a few, and our calm, affable salesperson, Rod Sider, had what looked like an easy sale. We were doing the paperwork, with the help of the easy-going and engaging Liz Macdonald , when we had a complete change of plans and decided to comeback at the weekend and test drive a few more cars. On Saturday, we took home a semi-snazzy Ford Focus, but realized that it was not what we really wanted and called Rod to inform him as such. Didn't miss a beat. We were back that Wednesday, switched the paperwork, again with the help of the slightly amused, but non-plussed Liz (with a little teeny bit of assistance from Debby), hopped in the Mazda 3 we originally test drove and headed home. Buying a Car the Easy Way I had been casually watching the used car market for the last 2 years, anticipating that my 2003 vehicle would die at any moment. Over that time, I re I had been casually watching the used car market for the last 2 years, anticipating that my 2003 vehicle would die at any moment. Over that time, I realized that Mark Wilson's seemed to consistently have the most competitive prices in the Southwestern Ontario area. When my car finally died, I went to Mark Wilson's and found a 2013 Ford Escape which had the options I was looking for. The salesman was low/no pressure. The test drive process was so easy and simple -- a photocopy of my license and I was off driving the car on my own. I bought the car that day. Completing the paperwork was very smooth and I was able to pick up my vehicle a few days later. This vehicle was supposed to come with two key fobs, but one went missing and was not available at delivery. Without hesitation, the salesman (Michael Fonseca) told me to get a new key from a Ford Dealership and that they would reimburse the cost. The bill was $350 and I was reimbursed without question. Great Service and the best prices around -- two reasons I would recommend Mark Wilson's to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Robert Clarke More

It was in perfect condition with low KMs and no accidents and the price was lower than everywhere else I went. The service provided to me by the sales representatives, in particular by Brent and and Michael, was excellent, as was the service provided by Jeff in Finance, and by their delivery coordinator Debby. The dealership atmosphere is very friendly, and they patiently and kindly let me come back multiple times and test drive 10+ cars until I found exactly what I wanted. I love the policy that they have in which they select the fairest price possible for each vehicle, with no haggling and no hassles at the time of purchase. I always dread the hard sell at the end, but at Mark Wilson's there is none of that. What you see is what you get. :) Amazing experience! Thanks guys. More
