Buying a Car the Easy Way I had been casually watching the used car market for the last 2 years, anticipating that my 2003 vehicle would die at any moment. Over that time, I re I had been casually watching the used car market for the last 2 years, anticipating that my 2003 vehicle would die at any moment. Over that time, I realized that Mark Wilson's seemed to consistently have the most competitive prices in the Southwestern Ontario area. When my car finally died, I went to Mark Wilson's and found a 2013 Ford Escape which had the options I was looking for. The salesman was low/no pressure. The test drive process was so easy and simple -- a photocopy of my license and I was off driving the car on my own. I bought the car that day. Completing the paperwork was very smooth and I was able to pick up my vehicle a few days later. This vehicle was supposed to come with two key fobs, but one went missing and was not available at delivery. Without hesitation, the salesman (Michael Fonseca) told me to get a new key from a Ford Dealership and that they would reimburse the cost. The bill was $350 and I was reimbursed without question. Great Service and the best prices around -- two reasons I would recommend Mark Wilson's to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Robert Clarke More

It was in perfect condition with low KMs and no accidents and the price was lower than everywhere else I went. The service provided to me by the sales representatives, in particular by Brent and and Michael, was excellent, as was the service provided by Jeff in Finance, and by their delivery coordinator Debby. The dealership atmosphere is very friendly, and they patiently and kindly let me come back multiple times and test drive 10+ cars until I found exactly what I wanted. I love the policy that they have in which they select the fairest price possible for each vehicle, with no haggling and no hassles at the time of purchase. I always dread the hard sell at the end, but at Mark Wilson's there is none of that. What you see is what you get. :) Amazing experience! Thanks guys. More

Beverlee is the cool version of the used car salesperson! No pressure, no cheesy one liners, no crap. Bev got to know what we needed from a vehicle, what were the "must haves" and the "wouldn't it be great t No pressure, no cheesy one liners, no crap. She asked what we would like to test drive and made suggestions of vehicles we wouldn't have thought to try. She set us up in each vehicle and sent us on our way to give them all spin. In the end, because of her knowledge and laid back style, we were able to choose a vehicle that we had never considered and LOVE IT! A 2016 Santa Fe Sport! Still in Shock!!!!!!! Unbelievable service!!!!!We developed clunk in the front end within a day of driving and saw condensation in the taillight....fixed!!!! No problem! We purchased a vehicle with an after market starter and only one key...we were not happy with the way the process of that feature worked and really need a second key. No problem.....we were reimbursed on the spot for the key....but the removal of the starter was another story! On the Friday of a long weekend we were given a spotless courtesy car with fuel, without asking. The car was ready on Sunda, since we were away we kept the car till Tuesday no questions asked. The service we received and witnessed with other customers is above and beyond. Patience and a desire to deliver the best to the customer is evident in all they do. Sincere thanks to all. More
