The one thing I did wish I knew about was the fact the value of a trade in is taken off the price of the vehicle before tax. I thought it came off after the tax so I would saved on tax. If I knew this, I probably would have traded in my old car. But that is not a big deal. I got a fair price on the car I had been looking for with low kms. It's all good! More

Positive Experience Lets get it out in the open. I didn't choose to search for a new car I was forced to search for a new car. It was the 10 day rental window that the Lets get it out in the open. I didn't choose to search for a new car I was forced to search for a new car. It was the 10 day rental window that the insurance company gives us. So I looked on Autotrader and Car Gurus and kijiji and ....ended up at Wilson's. I started with the website and tried the chat function which was more annoying then effective and fortunatley Marko replied as a real person - nice! Marko gave me the answers I was looking for and tag team Marko and Miquel set me up with a Hyundai Tuscon. The SUV was in good shape, km were low and I thought I'd give it a try. I ended up with buyers remorse not because the service or the vehicle or anything else sucked but becasue I felt pressure to get out of my rental and into a vehicle and I'd set a price in my head. Needless to say I sold myself short and didn't get the things I wanted like bluetooth, roof rack, storage for camping, cruise control and comfort. The staff at Wilsons was awesome and switched me from the Tuscon to a Chevy Equinox. Did it have all the options I wanted - no. Did it have most of the options - yes. I will say this Miquel, Marko, Jeff and Shannon are all awesome associates at Mark Wilsons. I changed my mind and it wasn't held against me. They truly wanted my business and helped me out. Ask questions, if you have buyers remorse speak to your associates because they truly want people to be confident and happy that they made the right decision because buying a car is a big decision. I highly recommend Wilson's. Mark and his staff have figured this out. i heard he still visits the showroom but I never got to see him. More
