I sent my spouse and daughter to pick the car up for me; only one key was provided and I expected there would be two keys. My husband contacted the salesman about this and was told there was no second key. In my opinion I feel that the salesperson/dealership should have disclosed this to me as I would have negotiated for the dealership to provide one or allow me then to make an "informed decision" to buy or not. I am going to make contact again with the dealership and ask if they would be willing to provide one to me and I hope, from a customer service perspective, that they do. More
