Poor knowledge and attitude of service people. I leased my vehicle from this dealership. All maintenance of the car was done by Marino's service center. During the 3 years of car service, for 5 out I leased my vehicle from this dealership. All maintenance of the car was done by Marino's service center. During the 3 years of car service, for 5 out of the 6 oil changes they put the WRONG oil in my car. After I pointed this out to service manager, Salim Alladina, he denied any error and said it was a typo. A typo mistake that resulted in only one correct oil change during 3 years? I am not buying that. Furthermore, during our conversation the service manager was not cooperative, he did not share my concern about the vehicle and whether the incorrect oil could have resulted in damage to the car. At one point he almost shouted at me. In my opinion that is not a right way to treat customers. So, don't be fooled by the politeness of the sales team, they are great no doubt about that. But it is you who brings them YOUR money, they have no reason to treat you in a rude manner. More
