Brought my wife’s car in for cellphone charger that was not working. Needs new part as I have similar problem and they fixed it with new part. But the service put a phone on it for a second found it to wo not working. Needs new part as I have similar problem and they fixed it with new part. But the service put a phone on it for a second found it to work and returns the car to us saying we were wrong It’s still not working they won’t send for part unless I bring car in again for them to confirm. Rediculous. May be my last BMW. Have had 6 of them. own two now. More

Although the car remained in the service department for some time I was kept informed on almost a daily basis and was given a courtesy car during the entire situation. disappointed that the vehicle had this issue but the service recovery was certainly at the level you would expect.
