Lisa was a wonderful SA and got my car serviced much faster than I expected, they were able to get it back to me within 24 hours even thoihhha a part came from vancouver. I have had warranty service on my X1 from Maranello on two occasions and was very pleased with the experience. Both times my service rep Gina was excellent to deal with. Very bad service, take my car in for service and getting the run around, I called in regarding my car seat that is ripped, they advise me that they will call me, still waiting no call back regarding that.
