I purchased 2014 BMW X3 from Maranello and since it was s certified series i also purchased the unlimited 4 year Platinum Warranty for an extra over $4K, as they indicated that it would cover everything like certified series i also purchased the unlimited 4 year Platinum Warranty for an extra over $4K, as they indicated that it would cover everything like new car warranty does. A few months ago my passenger Tail light on the lift gate failed. I took the car in to Maranello and paid the inspection fee of $169 only to have them tell me that this is not covered under warranty. Sent an email to BMW Canada to have them tell me that this can only be resolved through the dealer that i purchased the vehicle from. Contacted the customer service Manager and was informed that there is nothing they can do as this is not covered by a platinum warranty which was supposed to cover everything including electrical. Very disappointed in BMW Canada and Maranello for selling me a warranty and not honoring it for something so little. This is the 3rd BMW i have owned and will be my last as this incident has left a bad taste in my mouth. More

Rick was a pleasure to deal with, very patient and knowledgeable (I had my young kids with me the entire time, and he was great with them too!) Went in to perform recall appt that I called to schedule and got confirmation text reminding me of my appointment. Got to dealer they advised I don’t have an appt . I showed the text and was able to get my appointment. They did not have shuttle service because of COVID. They said the car should be done I 3-4 hrs. After 4 hrs no call . I went back to the dealer was told nay another 45 minutes as they did not have update on my car. After an hour I called back just as she was about to say she had no update to continue to wait for a call back someone in the back ground said the car is ready More
