1. After the service the bike kept on showing an alarm “oil check”. I had to go back to the service to reset the alarm. 2. Paid more than expected. Having the most expensive motorbike in BMW range and having paid more than 1000$ For a 40k service, I would have expected a better care and hospitality from BMW (learn from Toyota, please!) 4. Our BMW helmets got recalled...went to point of purchase ( a BMW dealer) didn't reply to emails or phone calls...I contacted BMW Germany. Got results then...went to Maranello and was sooo pleased. Helmets w ( a BMW dealer) didn't reply to emails or phone calls...I contacted BMW Germany. Got results then...went to Maranello and was sooo pleased.
