If you considering that BMW should be a prestige brand, the service is not at all. Didn't feel like someone is even feeling interested if we will buy or not. Poor customer service. People who is working there not so welcome, and we got an impression like we lore bugging them with our questions and giving them more work. So many people in the service sitting there at the desks and probably only one just asked if we need help. Its not only for this particular center but we visit other BMW centres and all of them should be better standards than that. Compare to others for example Mercedes or Audi .. this one was the worst experience ever. Even small dealerships trying to sell and offer better service than that. More

Incredible customer service!! Brought my car in for stalling in reverse. Once I got to my appointment I was given a loner car as they needed the car overnight. I was updated promptly on my x1. The service advisors are professional, efficient, and friendly. This time (July 25th) there was no exception. Lisa, my advisor, discussed with me all the service items needed to be done and precisely estimated work time. In two hours my car was ready after oil, cooling liquid, and spark pugs replacement as well as injector flush and vehicle check. Great job, Thanks a lot. More
