Loaner vehicle was provided with a $45 admin fee that used to be 20 bucks. Car came in with the same codes. It had registered previously 3 times in the past. So essentially nothing was done regarding it but I don't believe the dealer was able to get BMW Canada to service the vehicle under warranty. Oil change was performed in which I paid only for labour cost. Service rep was good and issue was handled in a timely manner. More

If there is rating for zero star I will choose that. Ridiculous experience in this new year of 2023 with my all of sudden black instrument penal. Brought the car made in 2018 to my dealer. After 1.5 Ridiculous experience in this new year of 2023 with my all of sudden black instrument penal. Brought the car made in 2018 to my dealer. After 1.5 hours waiting, I was told the penal should be replaced at cost of $4.2k. I asked if this is normal problem, the answer was no. For why this is happening, "no idea". Later that week, the instrument penal was resumed by my husband, who is definitely not a technician guy, through a simple way with almost no cost!!! So tell me about that! Does the technician or the service team know their job? Or they just love to provide the most expensive solution to their customers without even trying anything else? I was charged $189+tax for this diagnostic test following with the $4.2k quote, and the service advisor torn off the 1st page of the quote when I asked for copy. Really want to trust this service team but this experience is more than disappointed. More
