Management said the recommended work is not mandatory they do this for liability reasons and note the file. I went there for scheduled servicing and a sunroof recall - they said I needed a fluid injection cleaning and a wheel alignment- again 38,000 kms with no issues. That would be an additional 500 plus txs for them outside of the warranty work. Not impressed. More
