We were greatly impressed with the service experience at Maranello. Both sales and service teams are first class. We always intended in buying a BMW from Maranello BMW. When the time came to buy, a new Maranello. Both sales and service teams are first class. We always intended in buying a BMW from Maranello BMW. When the time came to buy, a new dealership had recently opened in our Northern Ontario town. We visited the Maranello sales team as well as the local dealership in Sudbury. That experience at Maranello was also superior. Regardless, we felt the need to support our local community. (Even though my gut was telling me to go with Maranello). The local dealership closed its doors about 18 months after opening. This forced us to seek an alternative dealership for our maintenance program. Often when you bring a vehicle in for service to a dealership you didn’t buy it from, the customer gets a feeling of resentment, or is treated as second priority. This was not the case with our service experience with Maranello, nor with my experience buying parts a few months ago. I can assure you, our next BMW purchase will be with Maranello. More
Loaner vehicle was provided with a $45 admin fee that used to be 20 bucks. Car came in with the same codes. It had registered previously 3 times in the past. Unfortunately the vehicle didn't show same co used to be 20 bucks. Car came in with the same codes. It had registered previously 3 times in the past. Unfortunately the vehicle didn't show same codes.while being tested at the dealer. So essentially nothing was done regarding it but I don't believe the dealer was able to get BMW Canada to service the vehicle under warranty. Oil change was performed in which I paid only for labour cost. Service rep was good and issue was handled in a timely manner. More
