I had a bad experience on the day my BMW X3 was delivered to me. Reasons include: I felt totally neglected, no body was prepared what to do for the delivery. I was told that I would get door light as gifts w to me. Reasons include: I felt totally neglected, no body was prepared what to do for the delivery. I was told that I would get door light as gifts when I get the delivery. But on they day I was told it is not possible. There was no coordination among the staff, everybody seemed lost. I did not feel welcomed at all. Overall this is not a kind of experience one would expect from a luxury dealership. More
