After I went to several BMW dealer stores, finally I decided to work with Marenello BMW to finish my first BMW car shopping since I met Maurizio Nonis. I found that his service is professional and his words are reliable. He gave us a lot of good suggestions to think about a pre-owned car. At same time, I found that many of Marenello BMW cars are at good clean condition and give me impression that they choose and take care of pre-owned cars more careful than other BMW dealer stores. After I put my order for my car, I found some concerned information about manufacture design issues and asked to solve this problem for me. Mr. Newel DeSouza understood my concerns and help me relieve them in 5 minutes. In his mind he has big picture and great insights for his business and knew how to stand out from his community. His business strategy and leadership is very impressive. So I understand why he has so good team to work with him. His mechanic Mitchell Osmond did excellent work and good records. Great experience at Maranello I thought I know a lot about BMW cars (3rd BMW and hopefully counting) but that belief was shattered to pieces when my wife and I met the BMW Walking I thought I know a lot about BMW cars (3rd BMW and hopefully counting) but that belief was shattered to pieces when my wife and I met the BMW Walking Encyclopedia at Maranello BMW. The name of this encyclopedia is John Pavunkovic (JP for short) who had answers for any questions we threw at him. Impressive ! Besides that...you know the rule, get 3 quotes from 3 different vendors , compare, discuss, decide, etc. JP quote came on top and we managed to close the deal very quickly for the car with the colour and options we wanted. JP was very helpful along the way and everything went smooth (Ok, I know it sounds like a standard phrase but I cannot find anything better) So you just finished reading my review . Great, call JP, exchange few e-mails, setup an appointment and bingo, deal done ! Nov 6th update: Picked the car up last night. Again, JP knowledge and patience (needed...) were impressive. The fact that he offers down the road an in-person review to make sure that the owner understood the car "bells and whistles" is something rarely heard of Thanks for assistance JP, will be back ! More
