Customer service here is valued, and unfortunately I can’t say I had the same experience at another BMW dealership, as I was looking for a vehicle on two occasions, I was bounced around from 3 service reps at Town and Country, and I couldn’t get anyone who wanted to help me out. Maranello BMW on the other hand, made me feel like my time was valuable and the experience was handled with both a high regard to professionalism and transparency. I was forgotten by my service advisor. Come end of the day and I still did not hear from him. I called him but was told he had left for the day. I was expecting to get a call from him the next morning but that did not happen. Instead, I had to call him but was told he had yet to come in. I called again around lunch time and was told he would not be coming in. The lady who spoke with me said the work on my car was waiting for authorization and said she would get Albert to explain to me regarding the repairs. ....it’s too tiring just to write this review... To make a long story short... finally Franklin helped out but I left without fixing the problem. Paid $500 for upgrading the program for nothing. I have decided to go to another dealership for the repairs. More
