David called me up that day, asked me what vehicle I was looking for, asked all the right questions and h I was referred to David Procknow by friend. Charles is very knowledgeable and answered many of my questions. What I really liked is, if he did not know the answer to something he would say so and find out the information from other sources. Charles came with my wife and I on our test drive and showed us all the features. Adam was instrumental and very helpful in grinding out a fair and final price. He also made sure my needs were met and never once tried to sell me something I did not want. When I go into the dealership I am greeted with a smile from the receptionist and other salesmen who are always very friendly and willing to help. I have also experienced dealing with the Service Department. I had a problem with the memory buttons for setting up the driver’s seat position as it did not seem to be working. They got me in, fixed the problem and I was out in a timely manner with a clean washed car. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Maple Ridge VW to anyone looking for a car. They can also get you a great price on other Manufacturers Makes and Models, not just VW. Charles and Adam are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional; they take the stress out of buying a car. One other thing worth mentioning is two months after I bought my SUV Charles followed up with a phone call last week just to see how I was doing and if I had any questions he could help out with.
