I was fortunate to have Johnty warmenhoven as my salesman from the greeting at the door, to the delivery of my new Jetta. Johnty followed through on all the things I had asked regarding delivery of my car and definitely went above and beyond. His genuine, caring attitude made the whole car buying experience stress-free. Mike & Alanna's Excellent Adventure From a cold call (well, cold email) into MRVW last Wednesday... just 4 days later I have an awesome car, and an awesome new friend! :0) Alanna first From a cold call (well, cold email) into MRVW last Wednesday... just 4 days later I have an awesome car, and an awesome new friend! :0) Alanna first touched base with me via YouTube, which blew my mind. I'm a tech and luv to see new ways to use technology and this video response was a very cool reply to my inquires. We met in person on the lot later that day... and the adventure began. Alanna's vehicle knowledge and passion for the VW's was extraordinary. Over the next 3 days I spent several hours at MRVW; a few test drives, many coffee's, some chicken soup and a few laughs for good measure. I met several of the office and lot staff and everyone was just great. It was just an all around great experience. Over those 3 days Alanna and I communicated via text & phone (when I was NOT on the lot) to arrange this & that... and that communication was quick & efficient... and absolutely painless, Alanna is so easy to talk to, and she made me truly feel like a valued customer. I had not previously been a VW owner (since my 6 months in a '72 beetle back in 1983) but I did know that I wanted to deal with MRVW (for personal and community-related reasons)... and I'm so glad that did. The flurry of activity at the shop this past weekend is itself a testament to the staff, customer service and certainly the products being offered. I will be back in the future without doubt.
