When you negotiated and agreed on the price and he would increase the financing interest rate (from the rate he told you at very beginning) without telling you till after you paid deposit and came back to pick up the car. That's what we experienced. When we pick up the car we were told the interest rate is 2.57% now instead of the 0.99 we were originally agreed with for 84 month financing ( which is the same interest rate on this dealers webpage). Then we were told if we want to keep 0.99% we have to pay $1000 more. When we asked why he told us that he told us the bi-weekly payment and we agreed on the biweekly payment. And he blame us didn't ask for the interest rate. Then threat us we will lose $2000 deposit if we choose walk away from the deal. This is what the "street smart" dealer would do, he can cheat on one deal but will lose 100!. More

I found one I liked in Kamloops, but despite my efforts the dealership wasnt interested in selling to me. I travelled to the lower mainland and started searching. All the car lots I visited from Chilliwack to Vancouver seemed to have mostly junk and didnt feel like I could trust alot of them. I spotted a car at Maple Ridge Hyundai, phoned that very morning. I dealt With Joey Soong and he was incredible knowledgable, extremely polite,and he worked with Scott who put my financing through, and Karen in the business office finished it up. Scott worked very hard at getting me financing, even though my credit wasnt the greatest. I must have had my hand shook about 5 times by each person. What a great experience. It happened a week ago, and I still cant believe how well I was treated. Joey has since followed up with me, and Also Perry the General manager. These guys know customer service, believe me I know, I worked for Harley Davidson Canada for 9.5 years and we were always striving to achieve the level of customer service that these guys seem to have nailed down to a fine art. Well Done !!!!!!! More

The service department have been consistently helpful to us over the years and always with a smile on their face. We had our Jeeps worked on at Super Dave's and when they switched to Hyundai we traded our then 2004 Liberty in on a 2011 Elantra Touring.When it was time to trade the Elantra in I contacted Brent and we struck a deal on our 2014 Santafe. While getting the first oil change done on the Santafe a black 2011 Wrangler caught my eye which I now drive and Love. My daughter also bought her first Big Girl car from Brent. Never any issues-always fair and we have a good time while we are at the dealership with Brent. More

Watch out for the salesman called Brent Miscisco I was referred to visit this dealership and was told I could get a good price from it. I was my first time to be there. I drove a long way there and test drove with a sales rep and I liked the vehicle, a Santa Fe sport. We started to negotiate the price. The sales rep was OK and first offered price was OK. But another salesman called Brent Miscisco suddenly cut in and replaced the man I was talking with. He changed everything that were agreed upon. He changed his mind in a minute (just like he changed his temper). He changed the price already agreed upon. He added (as well as invented) fees on the fly, although he had been asked many times "are these all the fees that need to be paid?". The negotiation was hard and painful. Nothing can be confirmed except the cost might increase. The first impression, he might look nice; but he quickly turned impatient. He yelped at me when we could not reach a deal and told me to get out! I told him I will post my shopping experience in the Internet and this is what I am doing now. Advice to other potential car shoppers: avoid this dealership as much as possible; at least avoid the salesman called Brent Miscisco. Be extremely careful on the fees they might add. They are not disclosed at the first place. More
