Awful sales experience It was our first visit at maple Honda. We need to replace our family vehicle. We were looking at the Honda Pilot touring edition. But after asking several questions about the vehicle he said it was already sold to a customer. What!! We just took someone else’s brand new vehicle for a test drive! He presented MSRP and started asking how it looked. We told him we are shopping for a good price. Frank (sales person) became an a**. There was no negotiating. He said sorry that he was just informed the last one sold! This happened between 5 and 6 pm on a Saturday. We were the only people in the dealership! Why take us for a test drive if you didn’t have any available. Please avoid this sales person . I hope everyone in the dealership is not like this. Needless to say we are going to another dealership that is not playing games with us. More
