From the very first day that we arrived at Maple Honda in search of a car for our son, Joseph was extremely patient, allowed us to take our time to look around, was not pushy, and was extremely knowledgeable when we had questions about the Honda Civic Sedan and Hatchback models. He impressed us right from the start. When we came in for a test drive the following week, Frank assisted us from the test drive, to the sale, to the handing off of the keys. He too was extremely patient and not pushy, allowed us to again look around, test drive multiple cars, and took his time to go through all of our financial options in order to guide us to what best suited our financial needs. He was extremely patient with our son, knowing that this was his first really big purchase and wanted to ensure that my son made the right decision for him.
