Great experience ! In April of this year my husband and I started car shopping after our vehicle broke down unexpectedly. We were not sure what make of vehicle we wanted to purchase. After many outings and many times leaving the dealerships feeling very frustrated with the sales people we finally ended up at Maple Honda where we were greeted by Paul Ficarella. Paul was very knowledgable and answered every question we had. If he was not sure of the answer he went to ask his manager. We found Paul to be very sincere , patient and honest. Truly a pleasure to deal with. It took us some time to decide on the Honda but when the decision was finally made we went back to Maple Honda to see Paul.
