Maple Honda

The easiest way ever I bought a new car. For years I have been coming to Maple Honda for excellent service on my 2009 Civic so it was natural for me to try and buy a new car from them. But first I did my thorough research and got several competitive prices from other dealers. When I walked in in to the showroom I was greeted by Steven Lau. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with and had no problems answering many of my questions. I never felt any pressure or being rushed and he put me at ease. Following the test drive in the new 2017 Civic we went in to his office and he asked me how I liked the car. I told him that I liked it but didn't think that he would be able to beat the best price I got from another dealer. He suggested that I tell him what kind of deal I would want and he wrote it all down and asked me to wait a couple of minutes while he stepped out of his office. From previous experiences in buying new cars I expected that it would take at least an hour or longer of him going back and forth to see the sales manager with my credit card and then sales manager coming back to try and squeeze me for more money and I was getting ready for a horrible experience. To my great surprise none of that happened. He was back in less than 5 minutes and said that we have a deal. I was shocked in 5 minutes I got the great deal that I wanted without going thought the usual horrible experience of buying a new car. I have been buying new cars for the last 54 years and that was the most easy and pleasant car buying experience that I ever had. Later on I met the sales manager Mr. Vic Gulati the most pleasant and friendly man as well. When I picked up the new car Mr. Lau was patient and took his time explaining all the new and wonderful features that the new car came with. He told me that if I have any more questions to stop by at any time. I most highly recommend my salesman Steven Lau at Maple Honda to anybody that is looking for an excellent car and great Dealership and the great people that work there. Bob Berchuk More

From the moment we walked into Maple Honda he made us feel welcomed and reassured us that we would definitely find the car we wanted within our budget. He demonstrated the confidence of his product and earned our trust. My daughter was thrilled that he took the time to explain the features of her HRV and reassured her that he would be there for her should she have any further questions. He is certainly not your "typical salesman" but rather a caring knowledgeable person who wants you to be happy which is what he strives to do.
