Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff Went in a couple of times to look at and test drive a truck. Ed was very helpful and explained the options on the truck to me. He also went through and explained the On Star system to me. Ed was able to work with Mark to get me the price I wanted to be at which was great. Rob in finance was great too and explained all of my options to me for financing and optional protection plans. Not once did I feel pushed or obligated to purchase anything. After the deal was done I was given a tour of the facility and introduced to the staff in the different areas which was nice. This was my first dealing with Mann-Northway and I am satisfied to this point, hopefully the after sale service will be just as good. More
