I am still surprised how quick he was able to find me a car that met my needs just by listening to my first conversation with him. I was so impressed with my whole experience - it was such a pleasure to do business with him. Ron's knowledge, professionalism, expertise, humor, sensitivity and caring was such a breath of fresh air. He didn't rush me through my purchase and made sure I was satisfied before closing the deal.
