Another visit to Mann-Northway and another stress free day!! Over the last eleven years I have bought twelve new vehicles from this dealership. A first time buying at a dealership I went to the dealership after my boyfriend had a good experience buying a car. We met Ed, who went out of his way to ensure we new the dealership was I went to the dealership after my boyfriend had a good experience buying a car. We met Ed, who went out of his way to ensure we new the dealership was open after a lot guy had told us it wasn't. Ed took time to show us vehicles and got us test driving right away. I appreciated his calm energy and he was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles, showing me where everything was. We got to meet with Rob in finance who was helpful in showing us our options. Once finding out some finance options we went back to the drawing board, where Ed took us again for another ride. Rob took the time to find the best financial option for us which really made me feel more comfortable in financing a new vehicle. Both Ed and Rob ensured that we were getting just what we needed and had everything ready and prepared the next morning for us to make the deal. Rob was very helpful in answering any questions and went over all the information in terms where we could understand. Ed met with me in my new vehicle to help me with starting my on-star, radio and ensuring I knew where things were. I also appreciated the friendliness that the business had. I even got a tour of everything and found that every person I met was friendly. I was very well taken care of in every way and know that if I have any questions in the future that they will be there to help. It gives me get confidence to know that I am taken care of so well. I didn't know I could have such a great experience at a dealership. I always pictured car dealerships to be pushing and quick, this wasn't the case here. I will definitely be recommending this to friends. More
