Service is normally good but this last appointment was less than ideal. I had to call several times before i could get through to a person to book the appintment. Then during the scheduled appointment the less than ideal. I had to call several times before i could get through to a person to book the appintment. Then during the scheduled appointment they could not so the oil change because there was no oil. I did not get confirmation the requested fuel filter change was done during my scheduled appointment. Or any communication after they told me they couldn't do the oil change. My vehicle was not ready at 4:15pm when I came to pick it up. I had to wait for the fuel filter change to be completed and the bill to be prepared. My appointment was supposed to be at 9:30am. More
